Helm integration test fails with `namespaces "skaffold6plvk" not found`

All the helm integration tests fail with Error: UPGRADE FAILED: failed to create resource: namespaces "skaffold6plvk" not found.
What is strange is that it's always complaining about the same namespace.

I ran helm reset --force and then helm init and now tests fail with Error: configmaps is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:kube-system:default" cannot list configmaps in the namespace "kube-system"

Had to run helm delete skaffold-helm --purge
