Add claude-code to pnpm catalog and root devDependencies. Use pnpm exec claude instead of global install in CI.

Adds @anthropic-ai/claude-code (v2.1.89) to the pnpm catalog (pnpm-workspace.yaml) and to root devDependencies via catalog:.

Updates pnpm-lock.yaml to include the new package and its optional platform-specific @img/sharp* dependencies, ensuring the tool can be run via the workspace install rather than a global install.
