#2229 bumped the version of pyrefly used by the conformance tests to 0.58.0, regressing pyrefly's results on two tests. The cause turned out to be a recently added
--min-severityflag (facebook/pyrefly@3ebf70b), which defaults to "error". Setting the minimum severity to "warn" fixes things.
