Scrolling issue on https://react.dev/reference/react

The scroll bar on the left sidebar hides on hovering the cursor or on clicking on it. Following is an attached GIF of the same issue.

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome. Same issue on Edge. Similar issue on Firefox Developer Edition
