Inline layout affected by #if block after #each

Describe the bug

Having an #if block after an #each block seems to cause this weird rendering behaviour with inline elements (haven't gotten as far as testing with anything else).

The #if block, regardless of being truthy or falsy, creates some sort of unexpected spacing in the output.

I pasted an example below in the reproduction. You can see what happens if you comment out the #if block in Element.svelte.

This kinda works as designed - these blocks are sibling elements, and by design there's a space between siblings.

This feels off to me - surely the presence of an {#if false} block shouldn't affect rendering?

The if statement is not affecting the rendering, this is just how HTML treats whitespace, you can keep the if statement and fix the issue by removing the whitespace between the {/each} and {#if} like this:

{/each}{#if false}
  hello there
{/if}
